Adoption Suitability
I have many years of experience conducting adoption suitability evaluations. In order to request that I conduct an adoption or surrogate suitability evaluation, I need to know the specific requirements of the adoption/surrogate agency.
Typically, these evaluations can be completed in a relatively short time frame, but this also depends on the requirements of the adoption agency. When you contact me about my availability, please also send me the specific documentation provided by the adoption agency. This documentation should include evaluation requirements as well as specific referral questions. Once I have that information, I can provide you with a general estimate of the time line and cost. These evaluations are typically not reimbursed by health insurance.
